The Sunny Meadow Suite
The bright Sunny Meadow Suite is located in a separate wing on the second floor, has a king-
size bed, private hall bath only two steps from
your room, with a Victorian, antique claw-foot tub and shower. This spacious suite also has an oak table and sitting area, plus TV with digital cable, and refrigerator. $125 per night.

The Apple Orchard Suite
This two-bedroom suite is perfect for one or two couples or for a family of four. One bedroom has
a king-size bed (shown left), and is comfortably equipped with ceiling fan, antiques, round table
and chairs, and TV with digital cable. The hallway bath, only two steps from your room, has a spacious Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and European style hand-held shower.
The other room in this suite (shown left) has a
full size poster bed and is equally equipped with ceiling fan, antiques, round table and chairs, and TV with digital cable. The hallway bath, only three steps from your room, has a spacious Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and European style hand-held shower. Two-room suite only $135 per night.*

Guest Information
• Gift Certificates are available and gladly accepted within one year of issuance.
• All bedrooms have ceiling fans, are air conditioned in the Summer, and individually heated in the Winter.
• Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm, unless arrangements are made with the Innkeepers prior to arrival.
• Check-out time is 11:00 am. Cash or Check preferred.
• Note to allergy sufferers: our Host Cat, Aly, lives on the premises in the Owners Quarters and is prone to wander into Common Areas, but is restricted from guest rooms.
.• Well-behaved children are welcome, if kept under careful parental supervision.
• Smoking is permitted on the grounds and outside porches.
• Rates per night are for double occupancy and include a full, hot, delicious breakfast each morning, anytime between 8:30-10:00 am, unless otherwise arranged with the Innkeepers.
• Each additional person $25.00.

• Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card (Visa or Master Card), or deposit with personal check of 1/2 total rent.
• Because we are a small bed and breakfast, cancellations greatly affect us. When we accept your reservation for a suite, we agree to decline all other requests for that suite, and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it.
• Our Cancellation Policy: Please note that in the event that your plans change, cancellation must be received 5 days in advance of your scheduled day of arrival or half of rent is charged, unless room can be rebooked. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours in advance, or do not arrive for your reservation as scheduled, full payment is charged. Cancellations MUST be made by telephone conversation with the Innkeepers; answering machine and email messages are not acceptable. A service charge of $25 per room will be made for all cancellations.
